Hello all. My name is Lourdes Bennett and this is my journey.

Dont worry, I'm not going to tell you that I've always wanted to be a baker from the tender age of 5. Lol.

My journey had began in 2014. I began like many, who would watch a cooking or baking show, or even see something random online and say "Hey, I want to try that out!". So I did..

Never in my dreams would I have thought I was actually good at baking pastries. The great thing was, I actually enjoy doing it.

Since then my goal has been to create beautiful art, that tastes even more amazing then it looks!

As a mother, wife, and visionary baker, life is a roller coaster.

That roller coaster consists of sugar and spice and everything nice.. with a top of frosting (delicious I might add).

I could go on and on about the flavors and taste of my creations. But why do that, when you can try for yourself?

The taste of a light and fluffy delectable pastry, that sings harmony to your taste buds!
